Racism and Discrimination . Why do we find different dangerous?

The beginning. . .

Imagine this.
 The first humans ( our ancestors) on earth, looking for food ,watching all kind of strange animals  and seeing wonderful flora and fauna. It's like a wonder and fairy tale for us but the real thing for them.
Animals who hunt for them to eat and flora who is killing them because they are poison. Looking for a place to sleep and food to eat, everything is dangerous and every day could be the last day.

Every year that past they learn new things, learning to see the danger in most things because that save's live's.
Taking small bites from the flora and fauna, because big bites kills your faster, learning to use rocks and spears to hunt the animals. Learn how to make shelter for the family and  learning to communicate

But everything with care and with small steps because everything was dangerous.

They survive, learn how to make fire, settle and dominate animals. Taking notice of danger  and reacting on it is now a instinct and well settled  in our subconsciousness.

The second level.....

Our ancestors began to travel because there was no space/sources left in that area and wanted to find better food and better shelter. The instinct of danger is well settled and thriving.
They see other kind of animals, other kind of flora and again, they have to figure out what is dangerous and what is good for them. But now they not only see different animals and plants, they see other kind of humans.
They look, "talk" and smell not like the other and that was dangerous ( instinct). The first fights between humans about being different is a fact.

The third level......

Humans learn how to dominate other humans in their advantage and creating gods in their favor.
Slavery began to be a well paying business  and basicly all human who not look, talk or behaved like the standard of the area  are bound to be a slave. So people began to look at the other with precaution and feeling danger all the time. (instinct)


The middle age......


People begin to learn how to live amongst  each other but still there were fighting and killing just because of looks and which God they obey . Some rulers divided their city in area's to make some peace between each other. The sad thing is that it didn't work. Instead of liking each other and living in peace there still is that natural voice telling you to look out for everything thats is different.(instinct)


Religion wars and late middle age..

People still wend killing and selling each other like it meant nothing.  Only then it was because they don't have the same religion or they look to dark or to white. Women in every area of the world were nothing more than a dog or a slave for men and his family because there Gods tells them to act like that.

It was incredibly dangerous in that time and no one was really safe. King and queens being poisoned for their land or power. Countries were invaded because one man thinks its his, slaughterings in name of a lord or a God and prosecutions of people that were too much into nature. (witches) So again people there instinct of danger is thriving and kicking.


Modern age.....

 
 We learnt a lot over the ages and we grew and grew as mankind. The world is divided and there is  almost no spot on the world that isn't conquered, written about or photographed.Only one thing we cannot be changed or seem to be overcome. . Our fear of different, the fear that what you don't know gonna kill you, or slave you or dominate you. Our instinct tells us that almost every time different means no good.
For some people there instinct tells them to conquer and dominate before it happens to them and other just love to give pain and life for power and love to keep your  instinct thriving.

The reason why...

Its in our vain's, in our gen's ,in our subconsciousness and the reason we as mankind  are still alive and kicking. It helped us learn, evolve and making decisions

So no matter where you grew up, in what year age or peaceful time , this instinct is gonna be here. And as long as we deny it, it will kick us on the butt and doing the same thing over and over again.

 Embrace it, because it is the most imported instinct we have, make yourself aware that is a good thing and talk about it. Then and only then we truly can make a step forward and step into a new age.
Make yourself aware of the fact that you're just as different and maybe dangerous as any other in the world for the other who sees  you for the first time.
